About The Event
Brought to you by three local movement and dance devotees, Tracy Birchall from Shepparton Salsa, Jen Scandolera from Inabalance Yoga and Wendy Brewer, past competition latin dancer.
The workshop is open to men and women of all levels of experience who wish to improve their coordination, range of movement and gain more authenticity in their dancing style. Both yoga and dance techniques will be utilised to extend your capability.
Workshop content:
Yoga: Joint mobility, balance and feet and leg stretches, flow and muscle isolation.
Dance movements: Grounding, foot placement and body awareness. Common dance body movements, chest and hip isolations (extending to arm movements for more advanced participants).
Learn techniques and exercises to extend your learning at home.
